SC-2000 DUAL-CHANNEL SERVO-CONTROLLER

The SC-2000 is a two-channel analog servo-controller designed primarily for use with servo-hydraulic systems. Switches and jumpers are provided on the SC-2000 circuit board to permit the user to configure the SC-2000 for operation in any one of a number of basic operating modes. The supported modes include single channel operation for single actuator systems, independent dual channel operation of two independent actuator systems, and Master/Slave dual channel operation of two actuator systems acting in parallel to drive a common load.

Each channel incorporates an independent dither oscillator whose frequency and amplitude can be optimized for the servo-actuator to which it is connected.

Power Requirements:

The SC-2000 requires ±15 Volts @ 0.5 Amps. The supply voltage must be well regulated. Use of a linear power supply (as opposed to a switching power supply) is strongly recommended to limit electrical noise in the system.
